Shipping & Handling Policy
All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days (Monday – Friday) which is the crafting period. Please note that delivery time for our items and custom prints may take up to 3-4 days for the production, handling and packaging, plus shipping time.

Carriers and Logistics Partners
We use the following carriers and logistic services to deliver your orders:
DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, DPD, EMS, SF Express, Australia Post, Canada Post and other 3rd party courier partners.
Unless the shipping has been paid for Express or Premium Shipping, all the other orders under Standard or Economy Shipping will be shipped with your local post office company, eg. For USA – USPS, for Canada – Canada Post, for Australia – Australia Post, for UK – Royal Mail.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Custom fees are charged rarely and in certain countries and situations.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
We do send tracking numbers. Some tracking numbers will work only in the origin country and might not work in your country, and will be used as a proof of shipment only. We do have a guarantee for the arrival of the item though. If you did not receive the item on time, we will send you a new item for free, or refund you.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, number of items and your location. On the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to select the shipping options.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
We take pre-orders on newest products
If you order several products, each one will be sent in a separate package (in most cases).
We offer worldwide shipping to over 200 countries.
All taxes and VAT are included in the item’s final price. Please note there is a processing fee for PayPal payments only, which comes at the checkout before completing the purchase, which is exclusive of the subtotal, and comes under the line of the total price.
