Shipment Tracking

When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from [email protected] with your tracking number included in it. Depending on the product’s availability, the e-mail could take up to 5 business days to be sent (before the order has been sent out for delivery).

Once you receive the email, enter the Order Number found in Email Subject line as well as your email address, below to track your item:

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Tracking numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should updating within a few business days.
  • Depending on the destination, the order may take 12 to 30 business days to be delivered. Please make sure to double check the description to see the delivery time frame for your specific country.

TRACKING STATUS EXPLANATION

Pending: Your item has been packed and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It could take 3-5 business days for the carrier to update the status of your order. Meanwhile, your order is actual on the way. NOTE: if you see that your tracking information has been in pending for over 10 days, please contact us at info [at] tshirtspecialist.com. We will give you an appropriate answer.

In Transit: Carrier has accepted or picked up the shipment from us. The shipment is on the way.

Out for Delivery: Carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or it is ready to pick up.

Exceptions: Customs hold, undelivered, returned shipment to the sender or any shipping exceptions. Please contact your local post office and provide them the tracking number to get further instruction.

Failed Attempt: Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again. Please contact the local post office with the tracking number to arrange the delivery schedule or pick-up.
