Shipment Tracking

When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from [email protected] with your tracking number included in it. Depending on the product’s availability, the e-mail could take up to 5 business days to be sent (before the order has been sent out for delivery).

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Tracking numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should updating within a few business days.
  • Depending on the destination, the order may take 1 to 3 weeks to be delivered. Please make sure to double check the description to see the delivery time frame for your specific country.

TRACKING STATUS EXPLANATION

Pending: Your item has been packed and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It could take 3-5 business days for the carrier to update the status of your order. Meanwhile, your order is actual on the way. NOTE: if you see that your tracking information has been in pending for over 10 days, please contact us at support [at] inspiregadgets.com. We will give you an appropriate answer.

In Transit: Carrier has accepted or picked up the shipment from us. The shipment is on the way.

Out for Delivery: Carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or it is ready to pick up.

Exceptions: Customs hold, undelivered, returned shipment to the sender or any shipping exceptions. Please contact your local post office and provide them the tracking number to get further instruction.

Failed Attempt: Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again. Please contact the local post office with the tracking number to arrange the delivery schedule or pick-up.
